Tracy Cortez took it to the following degree to make weight for her combat with Rose Namajunas on the Bell Area in Denver, Colo. as she minimize her hair.  The athletes competing on the combat card formally weighed in on Friday in ‘The Mile Excessive Metropolis.’

The occasion is headlined by a girls’s flyweight bout between former two-time strawweight champion Rose Namajunas and the rising Tracy Cortez.  Namajunas (12-6) enters the combat ranked sixth within the girls’s 125-pound weight class.  Cortez (11-1) will enter the octagon ranked eleventh.

With a win, Namajunas expects to place herself in title competition and provides herself the chance to develop into a two-division UFC champion.  Cortez hopes to leapfrog a number of fighters within the division with a win over “Thug.”

Namajunas formally weighed in at 124.75 kilos.  Cortez was the following to final fighter to step on the dimensions.  She weighed 127 clothed and 126.5 after disrobing.  She was given an extra hour to chop the half-pound.  Moments later Cortez returned the dimensions, minimize off her hair and made the 126-pound restrict.
