When a workforce has as a lot sustained success because the Celtics have had this season, you may anticipate that different groups are going to note. Particularly groups with head teaching vacancies seeking to faucet into a few of no matter is working for Boston.
So it shouldn’t come as any shock that Assistant Coach Will Hardy is producing some early curiosity from the Sacramento Kings.
ESPN Sources: The Sacramento Kings have secured permission to interview a number of assistants for his or her head teaching job, together with Golden State’s Mike Brown, Brooklyn marketing consultant Steve Clifford, Milwaukee’s Darvin Ham and Charles Lee, and Boston’s Will Hardy.

Hardy was on the Spurs bench with Ime Udoka beneath Gregg Popovich in San Antonio earlier than becoming a member of Ime in Boston. Groups on the lookout for a coach with a give attention to protection and ball motion may do rather a lot worse than including Hardy to their bench.
After all the Celtics would absolutely miss Hardy’s contributions, however you’d by no means see Ime or Brad Stevens get in the way in which of a coach getting their huge break. I might anticipate that Hardy’s identify will come up in a variety of head teaching openings. To not point out anybody else on the Celtics workers.
