What place group Shead will coach has but to be introduced. However primarily based on his taking part in historical past and the Dolphins opening with Joe Kasper leaving for Philadelphia, it’s secure to imagine it might be in Miami’s secondary. Whether or not that be at security or as a defensive backs coach has but to be decided.
One factor that has been decided, nevertheless, is Mike McDaniel’s willingness to get higher and proceed to enhance on each side of the soccer. Bringing in a man like Shead, who has expertise taking part in within the league, looks like an A+ transfer. A transfer that ought to make everybody in Miami’s secondary that significantly better.
