Fury’s view on fighter pay
“I’m all for fighters getting paid as a lot as potential, as a result of I understand how exhausting this sport is, the battle sport. Getting knocked about 12 months in, 12 months out for little quantities of cash, and you’re feeling such as you’re not going wherever, you’re not doing something. Swiftly, you would possibly get a breakthrough and it’s for peanuts.
“I understand how tough it’s doing powerful fights for no cash. Been there, carried out it a thousand instances. So, I’m all for the fighters making a s*** tonne of cash, as a lot as they will. You need the best fights potential for the most important amount of cash. Anybody who says they need probably the most tough fights potential for the least amount of cash is a f***ing liar.”
