Ausar Thompson will return for Pistons after blood clot issue

Detroit Pistons forward Ausar Thompson has been cleared to play by the NBA’s fitness panel, sources informed ESPN. Thompson, the No. 5 choose within the 2023 NBA draft, has been sidelined since March on account of a blood clot problem and can now start ramping up and collaborating in full-contact practices for the primary time in eight months. Each Thompson and Los Angeles Lakers 7-footer Christian Koloko handled blood clots and acquired clearances from the league’s fitness-to-play panel. -via ESPN / November 11, 2024
